Terms of service
The rules for using whosdelusional.
What the service is
whosdelusional is run by Szymon Laskowski, contact: szymon@szymonlaskowski.pl. The service lets you publish descriptions of arguments and collect votes from other people. Using it means accepting these terms.
Account
You do not need an account to browse and vote. You do for comments, payments and notifications. You are responsible for your password and for what happens on your account. You can delete the account in settings at any time.
Content
You are responsible for what you publish. Unlawful content, hate speech, harassment of specific people, disclosure of other people's data, pornography and advertising disguised as an argument are all forbidden. By publishing, you give us the right to display your content in the service.
Moderation
We can hide or remove a post or comment that breaks these terms, and block an account in serious cases. Anyone can report content with the report button.
Votes and super votes
One vote per post per person. Attempts to inflate results end with votes removed and the account blocked. Super votes are counted separately and do not change the percentages.
Payments
Promotions and super vote packs are bought through Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and include tax where it applies. A promotion starts within minutes of the payment being confirmed.
Refunds and withdrawal
By buying digital content delivered immediately you agree to immediate delivery and lose the fourteen day right of withdrawal. If a promotion or a super vote failed through our fault, we refund it. Write to szymon@szymonlaskowski.pl.
Complaints
Send complaints to szymon@szymonlaskowski.pl, describing the issue and what you expect. We answer within fourteen days. If the digital service does not match the contract, you can demand that we fix it, and when that is impossible or ineffective, a price reduction or withdrawal.
Content reports and point of contact
You can report any content with the report button on a post or a comment. We handle reports without undue delay and inform the author of removed content about the decision and its reason. Point of contact for reports, including for authorities and users, under the Digital Services Act: szymon@szymonlaskowski.pl. We accept correspondence in Polish and English.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that a vote settles anything in your actual argument. We are not liable for content published by users.
Changes
We announce changes to these terms in the service in advance. Continued use after a change means accepting it.
